SKU: 180019 Category: SSFHKThe SSFHK series was developed by Siekerkotte to provide industrial customers with robust electric heater solutions in useful power ratings for heating water. As a complement to its classic, customer-specific designs, Siekerkotte now sets a standard that incorporates the process experience gathered accumulated over the last 30 years. Together with the appropriate Siekerkotte SSTR control system, this series provides customers with stable heating processes and, as always with electric heaters, with almost 100% efficiency! The modularly designed heaters with outputs ranging from 10kW to 320kW can be flanged either directly into an existing tank or into a separate flow pipe. Upon request, Siekerkotte can also supply appropriate solutions in vertical or horizontal design. The core of such heaters consists of 10mm tubular heating elements made of stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L). Compared to commercially-available heaters, the increased diameter of 10 mm with a wall thickness of 0.7mm makes this series particularly suitable for use in industrial processes. The heaters are monitored by a safety temperature limiter and switch off in case of overtemperature. The PT100 temperature sensor provided controls the heaters. This allows operators to use their own higher-level PLC. Alternatively, Siekerkotte offers suitable semiconductor and thyristor control systems. Design data sets, such as connection and circuit diagrams, CAD files (step-file) or technical drawings are immediately available on request and support the user early in the design phase.
