Heating processes for other liquids
In addition to classical heating of water or oil, it is also possible to heat a large number of other liquids, emulsions and liquid mixtures using electricity. The key here is to find a suitable design based on the chemical characteristics of the liquid. Significant determining parameters are flash points, viscosity, etc…, which are taken into account when designing surface load, material grade (VA alloy) of tubular heaters, flow design (baffles, spacers), etc.
